Although the assembly can be customized, the core message revolves around depression and suicide prevention. Studies have shown that magnifying subjects like suicide, depression and bullying can actually INCREASE these problems, but StudentReach has very carefully crafted a message that addresses these subjects without dramatizing them.
This turn-key package involves pre-event resources and follow up resources. Assembly speakers are also available to speak in classrooms after the assembly and StudentReach also provides an additional workshop for teachers and leaders for peer-prevention. (see below)
